SMOKED SALMON – dry salting
Dry-salted salmon is a rare commodity today!
We set high standards for our salmon because it is used to produce high-quality products.
The climate in West Jutland, the air, humidity, fresh sea air and water quality contribute to producing quality smoked products.
The fish is salted by hand without the use of machines, dried slowly and cold-smoked at a low temperature and with the right humidity.
Our smoked products are dry salted.
